At RNL, we strive to create a community that every participant enjoys being a part of. To achieve this, we require each member to understand and commit to our expected standard of conduct as laid out in this policy.
A standardised procedure ensures that everyone is treated fairly and equally in similar circumstances. This code applies to everyone involved with RNL without exception, including organisers, sponsors and other participants.
It is the personal responsibility of every RNL community member to understand and comply with the Code of Conduct in all events and interactions affiliated with RNL, including online interactions and emails.
All members are encouraged to hold each other accountable and help each other understand and comply with the standards and requirements stated in the Code.
Any doubts of interpretation as well as any suggestions for improvement should be addressed to the RNL organisers for consideration.
We take concerns regarding alleged breaches of the code very seriously. If anyone associated with RNL has wilfully, carelessly or negligently breached the code, we will have a timely and appropriate response.
While the severity of the response will be decided in accordance with the situation raised, any deliberate breach of the code may lead to an immediate removal from the event and all future events.
